We’re a supply-and-install specialist — not a manufacturer. We bring the experience to read a specification, source the right products and systems, and install them to a standard that holds up over time.

On larger contracts, we understand what programme delivery actually means: weekly targets, coordination with other trades, occupied-site working, and consistent quality across every unit whether it’s the first or the five-hundredth. We’ve delivered roofline packages on schemes of up to 500 homes.

In 2025, the social housing scheme we delivered in York won a Housing Design Award — one of the construction industry’s recognised benchmarks for design quality and delivery standard. It’s the kind of recognition that comes from getting the details right across 14 blocks over 12 months, not from a single standout installation.

Architects, facilities managers, housing associations and main contractors work with us because we respect the specification, communicate clearly, and don’t create problems. Where drawings call for galvanised steel, cast iron or bespoke aluminium details, we have the fabricator relationships and installation experience to deliver them.
